HALLOWE’EN

It’s coming up to one of our favourite times of the year: Hallowe’en! The name is an abbreviation of All Hallow’s Eve, which is a religious festival to remember the dead but in recent years it’s become more associated with trick or treating, apple bobbing and getting dressed up in creepy clothing. This year, it falls on a Thursday and we’re expecting some spooktacular parties to take place.

To get yourself in the mood, why not make some ghoulish paper garlands, carve a few pumpkins (don’t forget to keep the flesh for a tasty pie or soup) and drape fake cobwebs around your room. Here at Alchemy, we’ve already decorated our offices with skulls and bats.

If you’re off to a party, why not take some costume inspiration from one of the Alchemist’s many guises like Azrael, the Angel of Death, who graces our brand new Reaper’s Ace t-shirt [BT736] or accessorise with a piece from our latest jewellery collection, such as the sparkling pentagram Crystalwitch Pendant [P679] or the glistening bat-shaped Drakvlya Gem Necklace [P678]. And when you’ve got your costume sorted, don’t forget to upload a photo for our Mr and Mrs Hallowe’en Facebook competition for the chance to win a fantastic prize!
