DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Alchemy is a COVID secure work place. This may impact delivery times as we safely process your orders and lovingly handmake each item with the safety of the Wonderful Alchemy Team our utmost priority.
At times your desired Alchemy treasure may be out of stock due to restrictions and the high demand for our extraordinary designs. Please do continue to order! Any out of stock lines will be placed on back order as stock arrivals will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Or if you are personal customer simply put the out of stock item into your wish list and you will be notified as soon as your wish returns into stock!
At present, our phone lines are not constantly manned therefore we kindly ask you to make enquiries you have during this time by emailing > email@example.com and the wonderful Alchemy team will assist you.
Our shipping/postage fees are quoted at the time of your order being placed on the website and are inclusive of packaging and handling. The shipping/ postage fees are based on the number of items purchased. We are unable to group two or more separate orders into one order.

Please click on the above link for the shipping table. Generally the shipping table is accurate, however for larger bulky items such as the 'Gift & Home Collection' there may be additional carriage charges to be paid. These will be quoted directly to you upon receipt of order.
Orders placed outside of the UK may be liable for import duties, taxes and/or charges. These are not the responsibility of the Alchemy Carta Ltd. and are to be paid for directly by the customer please refer to your national government for details on how this will be handled in the country in which you live.
Our 'Standard Delivery' times are 3-5 (UK) and 7-10 (EU & ROW) working days from receipt of order. We will endeavour to despatch your order within one business day from receiving payment.

We are pleased to extend to you our preferential Shipping rates with FedEx. Shipping fees are inclusive of packaging and handling. Rates are quoted at the point of order and are based on weight and are dependent on your location. For orders outside of the U.K customs charges may be applicable.
Our standard order processing lead time for trade/wholesale customers is 5-7 working days from receipt of order. However we endeavourer to despatch in stock orders within 2 working days. Orders will be despatched upon receipt of payment.
Our preferred carrier is FedEx on a 'next day' service, please note that 'next day' relates to the transit time of the order and not order processing lead time.

Our preferred carrier is FedEx and shipping fees are based on the weight of your package/s and the location of your business. The delivery time is also dependant on the location of your business. We recommend that you also add one week for any delays that the U.K. leaving the EU may incur.

Our preferred carrier is FedEx and shipping fees are based on the weight of your order, including dimensional weight of the package and the location of your business. At the point of order we will be in direct contact to confirm shipping charges and delivery times.
COLLECTION FROM OUR PREMISES
Please select the 'to be collected' option on the shipping page (step number 4) We will be in direct contact to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order. Our opening times for collection are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding National holidays)
Should you wish to use your own carrier to collect your order. Please select the 'to be collected' option on the shipping page (step number 4) We will be in direct contact to take the details of your preferred carrier, once your order is ready to ship.
